Roasted beet bisque drizzled with ají verde salsa

 

2nd Course

Housemade fresh mozzarella, spinach, basil, and red onion tossed with raspberry vinaigrette

 

3rd Course

Our vegan version of the tradition Peruvian dish “Ají de Gallina”

Rice, mushrooms, red peppers, and soy curls topped with ají amarillo cream and ají limo-bbq tempeh cubes

 

4th Course

Chocolate flan served with fresh berries
